During the life of the partnership they have worked on some of the most iconic refurbishment projects throughout the UK. In the the last 15 years they have moved into development, more often than not choosing projects with an element of restoration work within them.

RESTORATION
A project consisting of thirty two luxury apartments in a grade II listed building. We have taken great care to ensure that the wonderful proportions of the rooms are preserved as well
as retaining the original features such as columns, cornices and of course the marvellous, tall sash windows.
A further twelve one bedroom apartments and six two bedroom town houses will complete phase 2 of the project.
