Coburg Riverside

Sefton Street, Liverpool
RESTORATION
This exciting riverside regeneration project involved the conversion of an existing industrial warehouse into
twenty two high-specification, one, two and three bedroom apartments.
Three residential blocks will be built to create a further 115 apartments which will overlook the marina and River Mersey.
