RESTORATION
Direct Build's inaugural Liverpool development was a former derelict property in the heart of the Wavertree conservation area. Originally designed by Sir Lancelot Keay in 1935, this
neo-Georgian building has been sensitively restored to create seventy two luxury apartments comprising one, two and three bedroom apartments.
