DEVELOPMENT
We are working in conjunction with OASIS and the Sugar Investment Trust (SIT) of Mauritius developing a new
165-acre fully integrated luxury resort development which will be built in Le Bouchon in the south of Mauritius.
The scheme will include 200 villas, beach clubs, a luxury spa and a 125-bedroom luxury hotel.
